Finding new manpower is that the responsibility of the franchisee( investor). Franchisor( Nemmadi. In) will help them to train. However, it’s advised that the franchisee has to undergo the training, just in case of the latest manpower joins, the franchisee can train him easily.
We will provide training in the Bangalore office for almost seven days. After the training, we will evaluate and if necessary we will extend the training period. It recommended that the franchisee should attend the training along with his employee.
The Company on regular basis doing digital market to acquire the customer. Based on the area it will be shared to the franchisee, However,it the franchisee responsibility to do the local marketing and get more customer.
